Nipsey Hussle’s Marathon Clothing store has reportedly been vandalized.
On Tuesday (Nov. 17), a video surfaced of Nipsey Hussle’s Marathon Clothing Store in South Central Los Angeles after being defaced. In the clip that was initially recorded by an unknown person, the windows are smashed, piling broken glass at the entranceway. Grafitti is also tagged in the parking lot of the shop.
As the video continues, the cameraman can be heard saying, “Whoever did this shit — if we ever find out who did this, it’s ugly for you cuz.” They start, “I swear to God. We gon hurt somebody cuz. You niggas some fucking haters. This shit is fucked up. Bitch ass niggas.”
It’s currently unclear who is responsible for the vandalism that took place at the beloved rapper’s store, and a police report had not been filed regarding the incident.
Marathon Clothing opened in 2017 in South Central Los Angeles, this store is also the location were the Victory Lap rapper was killed in March 2019. Eric Holder, who has been charged with Nipsey’s murder, is currently in custody and awaiting trial.
The images of the Marathon Clothings store’s vandalization comes a month after news that Nipsey’s brother, Blacc Sam, who is the administrator of the late rapper’s estate decided to file a legal complaint against the Crips, LLC, which belongs to the well-known street gang.
