Refund and Returns Policy

At Ploonu, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy to understand the procedures and conditions for returning items.

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Issues or Problems with Orders: If you notice any issues with the products or your order, please submit a problem report.

Return Address: The return address for Ploonu is set to our default facility. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If our facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address: Providing an insufficient address may result in the shipment being returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs to you or your end customer.

Returned Orders Due to Wrong Shipping Address: Orders returned due to the wrong shipping address or failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost if you haven’t registered an account on our website with a billing method.

Returns of Sealed Goods: We do not accept returns of sealed goods (e.g., face masks) due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer: Advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.

Notification for EU Consumers: As per EU regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

Upon receiving a return package, we’ll notify you via email, and based on the reason for the return, we’ll decide on the next steps.
